The total fee for CSE depends upon the college and it varies accordingly. Government college charge less and private college cost high fee. Average fee for CSE every year is 80K.

The overall fees for B.Tech CSE depends on the campus as of in KLU its around 120000 and the hostel fee is different with 130000 and with fully hygienic and spacious rooms.

MSRIT, Bangalore offers admission on basis of COMEDK as well as KCET the tuition fees are around 1 Lacs 70 thousand for CSE and hostel fee is around 1.5 Lacs per year.

The total fees charged for B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering in RVR and JC College of Engineering is INR 2.86 Lakhs.
The college officials have not mentioned anything on the fees for OBS student. It is advisable to get in touch with them directly for detailed information.

The fee structure depends on different colleges. If you are doing B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from State government engineering colleges then fess will be near to 3 Lacs. If you are doing it from IIT or NIT then fees varies from 8-12 Lacs. If you are from reserved category then you will be paying very less fees. If you are doing engineering from reputed private engineering colleges like BITS then fees will be very high 12-25 Lacs. Hope this helps. Fee is high through management quota but you can take admission at minimum fee by talking to the official. I know a girl who talked to them and she is paying fee equal to regular students. So go and talk to them.

Some what you are correct Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology fee for B.Tech CSE for year 2018-19 was Rs 1,55,100/. While for session 2019-20 this will be about Rs 1,69,000/- per semester. The hostel fee is excluding here. While on other side Chandigarh University fee structure is as under:-
Rs 95000/ Per semester
PEC Rs 80000/ Per semester

Hi, it is a three-year degree. If you complete after three years, you will be awarded B.A. But the catch is it can be completed in 4 years too. If you complete in 4 years, it will lead to the Masters degree. You have to apply through UCAS portal to apply to Oxford University.
