CSE in itself is a great field. They will teach you enough software in college during this course. However, if you are interested in any specific software then surely you can learn it separately.

You have to do B.Tech in computer engineering or information technology from any good reputed college. I will suggest you to join any college in Bangalore that will be the best.

B.Sc (computers) is one of the option you can consider or you can do BCA. Both courses are not computer Science intensive as engineering with CS is, but you can consider them as option. It is neither necessary for you to continue CS in your graduation, so think before you opt for anything.

You have a good rank but it is not for NIT Trichy. You could get NIT Allahabad a good option for you. However, I suggest you to select the list of colleges wisely and include Trichy and Warangal on top.
