Yeah, you can pursue your BCA from any college be it Delhi university or any private but if you do from du it will be of great importance so please consider this. Also, some institutions need maths in class 12 as compulsory but some not so you can filter them and it is up to you if you have maths already in class 12th. Thanks. :)
It's better for you to dwell into it if you are really interested for CA don't wait to complete graduation and if you are in final year then it is rational to direct attempt IPCC after graduation.

Eligibility for M.Com:
For admission to M.Com program, students must fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:
* Bachelor’s degree in commerce.
* Minimum 50% marks at the level of graduation.
* Certain universities also admit students with a BA economics (Hons.) degree.
* Students who have passed BBS, BBA, BFIA and BBE with at least 60% marks can also apply.
It's up to you. But pursuing B.Com from top colleges has some advantages than from hometown. Top colleges will allow you to change your attitudes, thinking and strengthen your mental power and motivated to study well. And give more knowledge from highly educated professors, will help you become self-sufficient too and you will get placements after graduation. But if you take admission in a college located at in your hometown, you will enjoy the campus life without concentrating on studies. You won't be able to give much thought to your career.
This would depend a lot on your interest areas & long term career plans. There are a host of certificate & Diploma courses available in multiple areas viz web designing, digital marketing, SEO, MS Office, programming, English speaking, travel & ticketing, performing arts, media, etc. You can choose a course keeping in mind your interest area.
Pursue BBA+MBA dual specialization from a good institute. You can choose subjects marketing, retailing etc. That will help you in managing your business. There are many universities in India that provide this course.

After B.Com, there are plenty of job opportunities and higher studies are there. Career options after B.Com are:Accountant, Finance consultant, Tax consultant, Insurance consultant, Export/Import worker, HR, BPO/KPO. Higher studies/professional studies are:Mcom,MBA finance,. CA CS ICWA, CFA are best.

Aurobindo is not great but it is better than Deshbandhu, I wouldn't call Aurobindo good either, but it's decent and the degree has a lot of value. Since it's a part of University of Delhi the placements are good and the lecturers are the most highly qualified people in the country, but what makes this college not so good is the crowd. The crowd of this college doesn't have a very good reputation and that obviously affects the image of the entire college. Hi Sameer you can easily get any language such as Malayalam as per National Education Policy 2020. Even B.Tech is possible now in regional languages just try to contact your college authority regarding this. So yes you can get second language as Malyalam in courses B.A. Political Science, B.Com Financial Management and B.Sc. Aquaculture.
