Please elaborate, what you mean by private admission? If this means through management quota, then yes there might be provisions. For that, you will need to contact the college directly for the details.

I dont think, you will be able to rejoin the same course now because there is a ling gap. You can rather take fresh admission (if applicable). I also think that you should get in touch with the college officials for specific information. I think they are the right party to answer the same.

Every year of B.Com has 2 semesters. That means entire, in B.Com, there will be 6 semesters. In it, all the courses and subjects are divided into 6 semesters and according to the semester, examinations are conducted.

Going for english would help you alot. As being a internationally accepted language, everywhere your performance would be scaled on the basis of how fluent you converse in english. Marathi would limit your presentation to Maharashtra only.

You can apply for CA after your 10+2 (12thboards). You can fill the CA foundation level form online from ICAI website that is cpt form. For this you have to give 9000 rupee to the icai then you can fill the form.
