According to me, there are limited scopes in a job after Diploma in CSE as you will be limited to a Tech Support, Tech engineering in a startup/small company. MNCs require minimum qualification to be graduation. If you want to do a job after Diploma then you should go for a small/startup company where you can learn more than in an MNC and along with the Job you can do a Distance engineering.
