Yes, you can definitely get CSE in G.L Bajaj but try for better colleges also. I will suggest you to go for all the rounds of counseling. If you have any queries feel free to ask.
You should go for any of the core branches. Electrical, Mechanical and Civil. These 3 are evergreen branches of engineering! Remains ques of placement, it simply depends on your performance in these 4 years. Secondly, do what you like.
Result for UPSEE will be given in May before that you can predict your rank by rank predictor but that rank will not be professional. By this, you can have an idea about which college you will get.

It actually depends on the company not college, company will give information to the college that which branch students are eligible for that drive. In some companies both B.Tech CSE/ECE are allowed to sit but in some only CSE are eligible.
