You will not get CSE in Vellore or Chennai but may get it in Bhopal. You may get some course but only in category 3 or 4.

CS is the branch, which is in utmost demand in RCOEM. But, there are slight chances, you can get CS in first round else you will surely get in 2nd round mostly shift 2 of CS.

Hello Aditya Mishra, I think you must be from general category. JoSAA has announced a percentile of 89.75. as cutoff for general category students. If you have better then you can bid for one of the NIT's or IIIT's. It seems to me that you have less chances of getting this branch with your ranking. Best wishes to you.

Yes, you can apply for UPSC civil services exam after completing the computer Science engineering degree. Anyone who is an Indian who possesses a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university is eligible for the IAS exam. The students who are in the final year of their degree course are also eligible. You can go through the UPSC exam syllabus for civil services on its official website. But computer science is not an optional subject. UPSC has put core engineering subjects as optional. Perhaps they do not see CS as a core branch yet. In terms of campus life, TCR is the best. You can enjoy your life there well. In terms of academics, TKM is the best. The faculty are among the best in business. In case of TCR, the faculty can't even match TKM. In terms of placement, TKM is a little bit ahead of TCR. Now it is upto you to make your decision.
