<p>Yes, CEED is one of the accepting exams for admission to MDes programme at School of Design, MIT WPU. However, it is not mandatory to pass CEED. Aspirants can also appear for MIT WPU CET for admission to the course. Aspirants applying for BDes do not require qualifying CEED. They need to pass any of the accepted entrance exams for BDes programme for admission.</p>

Do, absolutely, go for it. It is much better than going for an MBA (unless the MBA serves a grand plan of yours). With an M.Des in hand, sooner or later you'll find yourself wanted badly by the industry. The Indian manufacturing/services mindset is changing, and we are moving towards more of a 'build a brand' mindset. The things that'd get us there are:
a) Greatly designed products and services
b) Great marketing
A design course would not just give you the skills that the industry needs, but also a way of thinking that unlocks doors.

<p dir="ltr">Note that once an exam centre has been allocated, there is no scope to change it. In fact, CEED officials will not entertain any requests for a change in the exam centre.&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr">The details of the exam centre allocated to the candidate will be mentioned in the CEED 2025 admit card. The allotment of CEED 2025 exam centre will done on the basis of the exam city seelcted by the candidate. Exam officials will also consider other factors like the address of the candidate and seat intake available in various exam centres in that particular city.</p>

<p>IIT Bombay conducts the CEED entrance exam for M.Des and PhD courses.&nbsp;So, yes, you can take the CEED 2026 exam if you plan to get admission to the PhD program offered by participating colleges.&nbsp;</p><p>Fill out the CEED 2026 application form before the last date. Applications will open in the first week of October 2025.</p><p>If you qualify in the CEED exam, you will have to apply directly to the participaiting institute. The institute may have additional admission rounds or eligibility criteria.</p>

<p>Yes, IIT Kanpur will offer a PhD in Design course through CEED 2026. Candidates seeking admission to the program need to take the CEED 2025 entrance exam. The application forms for CEED will open in October 2025.</p><p>Note that IIT Bombay will not consult any joint counselling for PhD candidates. As such, shortlisted candidates will have to apply directly to the participating institute.</p>

<p dir="ltr">The name and address of the exam centre allocated to the candidate will be mentioned in the admit card. So, after downloading the CEED 2025 admit card, the candidate needs to carefully go through the details. Note that the admit card will also contain exam-centre reporting time, along with exam timings.</p><p dir="ltr">On the day of the exam, the candidate needs to reach the exam centre as per the reporting time. Note that late comers may not be allowed inside the exam hall.</p>

<p>CEED 2023 qualifying cutoff was released in the form of mean deviation and standard deviation. The mean deviation of Part A stood at 22.59, while the standard deviation stood at 11.82. Just go for NCERT books. Completely mug them up, eat it drink it and after they are completed, go for online mock tests and practice your knowledge. After doing that, you can then go for reference books.

2. Quantitative Ability- SA : 20 questions
3. Verbal Ability : 40 questions
While the UGAT syllabus comprises the following topics
1. English Language : 40 questions
2. Numerical and Data Analysis : 30 questions
3. Reasoning and General Intelligence : 30 questions
