You may get admission there. Admission into the college is based on a cut off percentage specified by the college. Selection is on the basis of marks secured in the Senior Secondary High School Examination of the CBSE or an equivalent Board. To become a CA in India, you need to take the following exams:
1) Common Proficiency Test (CPT)
2) Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC)/IPCE
3) Three years Articleship/ Training under a practising CA
4) CA Final

No, neither CS nor CA is hard, what all it takes is proper studies regularly with concentration. Talking about value now since after amendments in act, there are many more opportunities for CS as well. So, we can say both these are equally valued.

Not, it's not possible. There is a simple reason of this that your graduation is your last or second last step and class 10th is your 1st step if you are trying to take a direct jump on the last step, how it can be possible as you need to prepare a base. So, you need to complete all the steps and then only you can go for the last step I.e graduation.

Yes, in Delhi University you can get admission in B.Com or B. Com hons on merit basis i.e., on the basis of your marks in class 10th and class 12th. All you have to do is check the cut offs of the colleges and you can get admission in the college, if your class 12th's percentage lies in between the college's cut-off.
