There are many seats available for CSE students in Chandigarh University. It has two or three sections each of 60 students. It is best to do computer science and engineering from this university because its placement is good.
You should check last year's cut-off for the branch you want and accordingly apply for the counselling. Chances may be there.

As per your category, for BC the cutoff is upto 500 so you have dare to accept whether alloted or if may be alloted. You will be alloted if your category members are more than your rank.
Just decide on the basis of your interest. Then do search on the available options on the chosen subject as a career field. But yes since you've got 80 in maths I guess you have a descent control over maths and you should go for maths, it has a good scope.
