It depends on what level of experience and knowledge you have. And also, it depends on ICAI.

Your score in 12th is really good. Composite score which will formed will be moderate. If you are willing to go till the last rounds in the admission process you might get a good college in engineering. Opting out for Commerce will change your whole stream(field). Though there is no harm in doing that but it will be a little difficult for you to cope up if compared with a regular commerce student.

After completing 12th in Commerce, many options are open for the students like B.Com BBA BCA etc. Passouts from some of the best commerce colleges in India are most sought after by corporates with high pay packages.
