Hi,
I see that a graduate should have a UG certification from a recognised board with 55% aggregate percentage to qualify for OpenMAT just check if there is any alternative way of admission. It may accept admissions based on experience letter from a company you worked for over a certain period of time.
Dear Rina,
For CS, pass three-stage-exam:
1. Foundation
2. Executive
3. Professional
Eligibility for the foundation examination:
a) Class 12th pass from any stream.
* If you are a graduate you do not need to sit in the foundation examination.
Eligibility for executive examination:
A) CS / CMA / CA Passout Foundation Examination
B) Graduation in any stream. After passing the executive exam, it is necessary to have 1.5 years of training. After the training, you are eligible for the CS professional exam.
It depends on what level of experience and knowledge you have. And also, it depends on ICAI.
Your score in 12th is really good. Composite score which will formed will be moderate. If you are willing to go till the last rounds in the admission process you might get a good college in engineering. Opting out for Commerce will change your whole stream(field). Though there is no harm in doing that but it will be a little difficult for you to cope up if compared with a regular commerce student.
After completing 12th in Commerce, many options are open for the students like B.Com BBA BCA etc. Passouts from some of the best commerce colleges in India are most sought after by corporates with high pay packages. One of the best commerce colleges in Chhattisgarh is located in CVRU Bilaspur university which offers B.Com and M.Com degrees.
