No, because every engineering college requires you to be from Science background (PCM 60%). So, that is not possible after opting commerce in class 12th. Now technically, if you really want to go for engineering, you can opt for NIOS Exam. There, you can choose any stream. Obtain your class 12th Science certificate and go for engineering.
