Dyal Singh College is definitely the best among these. It is ranked at 25 All Over India by MHRD'S NIRF Rankings 2018. The rest are average. In order to give June attempt of CA foundation course, you need to apply before 31st December. You cannot apply for June's exam now. However, you can register yourself for November's attempt.

You can go for CMA foundation as it will be helpful to you. CAT is completely different and meant for some other purpose. Therefore, you can choose accordingly.

B.Com general is more an older course with mix of many things such as companies act (basic level), MHRM and so on whereas B.Com banking and finance is a professional and more practical and specialised subject beneficial for someone interested in making career in core finance.

So work hard and get hands on it. If you are master in any programming language, you will become competitor in IT industry. According to me, if you crack CPT you can go for CA. If you don't like science, then go for commerce if you have interest in maths. Going for arts is not bad but is of no use nowadays. Only if you want to prepare for civil services, then go for arts or else commerce will be a good choice.

The cut off for this course in Maharaja Surajmal Institute is quite high. The first cut off recommends 96.5%, whereas forth cut off recommends 90%. However, you can directly visit the college for management quota.
