You can't get a seat in CSE CBIT and free seat is only applicable for those students who secured a rank below 10k and their family income is less than INR 1 lakh.

Kindly google in the previous year opening and closing rank of various colleges through JOSAA. There are ranks given category wise as well as state wise (home state or other states). You will get a rough idea about which NITs you can apply for.

With above 3000 rank in jelet it's almost next to impossible to get CSE in Govt. Others writing yes thinking it's your wbjee rank , whatever you can get a good private college maybe .

Cse branch is the most demanding branch in any engg college so direct admission in HIT is there but seat are less.

Majority of the colleges located in Mumbai area admit students based on the entrance examination conducted by the State Government of Maharashtra called MHT CET. The admissions based on JEE Mains are against the all india quota but these seats are very limited in numbers and very tough to get admission. It is not easy to get a job in foreign as a fresher. Start working with a multinational company in India work hard, you will definitely get a chance to do a job in USA and try to become the master of your domain whatever it could be. IIEST is a national institution, A 160 year’s old heritage.
Of course, IIEST's CSE is good, many students got selected in Google summer of code,
Linux foundation and international internships.
You cannot compare it with LNMIIT.

Chandigarh University is very good for CSE and its also known for other non-IT branches too.
The average placement package here for CSE is Rs 4 lakh.

NIFT is no.1 institution for fashion technology go for it. One should choose M.FTech only if they have ample interest in Apparel/Textile & Fashion industries. It is mostly about Apparel/Textile production. It deals with the technical aspects of Garment/Textile industry, in addition with brushes of knowledge about fashion industry.
