B.Com is general preference still one can choose BBA / BMS also as a higher level of accounting and finance will be surely a part of CA studies. But, exposure to management (Marketing / Advertising) will always be advantageous.

As a commerce student you have many options after your +2
Depends upon your interests.
If you think you understand commerce well you can go for professional courses like CA or CS or CFA.
And if you have a good English and mathematics background you can Pursue MBA.
Besides all this their are many more options available.

I personally believe that it is not everybody's cup of tea to reach upto the final of CA certification. Now, since you have reached upto there, it is advisable that you better complete the certification. CA is a statutory designation and every business unit requires a professional CA who certifies the authenticity of it's annual accounts. As a CA you can also start your own private practice. If you are preparing for Civil service like IAS, IPS, IFS, Banking, SSC or if you are thinking to do MBA after graduation or wants to Start any types of business than B.Com general will be best for because in this you have to pay less attention on study. But, if you want to go in IT industry then B.Com, CS will be best for you.

Yes, you can study both the course together, because both are not academic course. B.Com from finance is academic one and CS is a professional course. So, you can pursue both the degree together.

Totally depends on your skill sets and interest. Talk to alumni from both the fields and do a lot of online research and then ask yourself the right questions to arrive at a informed decision. Biology (Sciences) leads to Bachelors in medical, nursing, dentistry, physiotherapy, botany, zoology, biotechnology, bioinformatics, genetics, chemistry. Commerce leads you to accounting, finances, economics, statistics. ICWA and CA are relevant qualifications.
