Delhi University conducts an entrance examination for M.Com. For applying to M.Com in Delhi University,
Eligibility:
1. B.Com from a recognised university.
2. You must have 55% marks in the B.Com entrance examination

I think, 60% marks is not a good percentage for getting into St. Xaviers College. But, in their website it is mentioned that minimum 60% marks is required to get admission.

The cut-offs are pretty high, it's above 89% every year. The morning batch requires more than 95%.

Your eligibility depends on your credibility. There are two ways to get admission. Direct way or by passing the entrance exam. It takes a high rank to get a seat in SRCC (top 20, as I've heard). B.Com is a good degree but it doesn't fetch a very good job in the beginning. It is advisable to go for a professional course that can provide a good start. ACCA is a good option. ACCA stands for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants a leading international accountancy body.
