You can go for Bcom in degree as well as do CA simultaneously and once you have cleared CA you have a good future,
If you are interested in administrative/managerial sector, then BBA is a good option. BBA course can be pursued with specialization in accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, etc. BCA course is much suitable for candidates who are interested to obtain a job in IT sector. CA, CS, etc are other suitable courses after completing 12th with commerce. Anyway, B.Com course is the popular option selected by commerce students.

If you are interested in accountancy, you should go for M.Com. Some colleges give placement options. So, from your college also you can get a job. You can get job in accounts department easily with the degree of M.Com.
If you score more than 55% in M.Com, you will be eligible for the exam called NET (National eligibility test). If you clear this examination, you can be a lecturer also.

CFP means Certified Financial Planner. It is a certificate course which can be done after graduation and also requires a little work experience.

B.Com (H) is an undergraduate degree designed to inculcate business acumen in students. You can also pursue courses like Chartered Accountancy along with your B.Com (honors. )A student has the option to specialize in a specific subject like Accounting, etc. Similar to B.Com (H), the difference is that a student can specialize in a certain subject B.Com (H), which is not possible in B.Com (P). In the latter, a student is given an overview of all the subjects taught in the honours course. A student cannot specialize in a specific subject. I suggest you B.Com (Honours)

Try and score anything more than 92-93% to have a secured seat. It's quite difficult to even for people managing or students studying there to estimate a percentage. I will let you know why -
Though I wrote my boards 3-years back, I still know a bit about how the thing works. For admission into B.Com morning or evening what is taken into consideration is the marks of the best 4 subjects. But hold on to your breath. The best 4 has to include English and mathematics.

A minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (of all the years/semesters) or 6.75 CGPA on a 10 point scale or equivalent in the qualifying degree.
A relaxation of 5% in marks (i.e. min. 55%) or equivalent in CGPA (i.e. min. 6.25 on a 10-point scale) for the SC/ST candidates.
