Decent placement records are witnessed every year. Virtually, 80-90% students are placed in good companies with an average package of 4-5 lakhs per annum and last year the highest package offered to one of our senior was more than 21 lakhs. They provides sufficient knowledge and skill which helps build good personality and confidence to get a Jjb whether on-campus or off-campus.

Sorry to say but your rank is too high. So there is no way to get any college in Bangalore that can give admission for CS branch. You may get admission in any private college on the basis of 12th score.

Simple but significant,

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. JEE is a super competitive exam, nationwide. You will not be able to get branches with high demand such as IT or CSE with 135 marks. Tentatively, you need to get 160+ marks for better chances of these courses in NIT and IIIT. Students often have doubts about the marks vs percentile in JEE Mains 2021. The National Testing Agency NTA releases JEE Main result of candidates in the form of percentile scores. The JEE Main percentile scores are not the actual marks but the normalized marks of candidates. Normalization is done to remove any possible parity in difficulty level of the JEE Main question paper as the e... View more

In order to pursue B.Sc in computer science, you must be having maths in 12th. Even if some private colleges offer you seat, I would not recommend you to take it as BSC in CS has mathematics as a compulsory subject and without having studied maths in 12th, it will be very difficult to understand the concepts in graduation.

It seems that your OBC category rank of 60413 and CRL rank of 184294 may not be sufficient to secure a seat in the IT, CS, or ECE branch at Jabalpur Engineering College (JEC), Jabalpur1. According to a previous year’s cutoff, the closing rank for OBC category was around 10k1. However, cutoffs can vary from year to year and depend on various factors such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, and the availability of seats. You may want to consider other branches or colleges. Is there anything else you would like to know?

YMCAUST does not offer CSE. Instead, it has computer engineering which is more or less identical to CSE. Also, YMCAUST is ranked higher than DCRUST in Haryana, so if you have a choice, go for CE in YMCAUST.

Hi,
How are you?
Well, each and every branch in engineering is good, we can't compare them. Just there are a few differences like mechanical, electrical and civil are evergreen branches but CS, IT and EC have high placement records.
Other than this, you may also take chemical, metallurgy, mechatronics, etc.
So, choose a suitable branch.
Go for it.
Thank you and keep asking!

Hi Ishita,
Thapar is one of the best colleges in North India and getting CSE there is a big thing. Because there is a 50% quota for Punjab students which made it difficult for someone from outside Punjab with such a high rank. But there is a procedure that if you score a good GPA in the first year, you can apply for an upgrade and according to the merit, you will be upgraded.
All the best.
