The level in Bcom (H) is always higher than the normal Bcom. Most of the colleges have semester system jus like BE (engineering). The subjects are more detailed, certain colleges providing Bcom Hons include Indian and Foreigns texts, to be in par with the International level. Above all you get to specialise on a subject in your final year. I had my specialisation done in Cost Accounting, when i did my Bcom (H). This will depend on the nature of your gap, if you were working it will be an advantage otherwise possibilities are less. Also, to study Bachelor's degree in US, you must take the SAT or ACT and the TOEFL. It is advisable you check with the universities.

Hello Rejaul, You can go for MBA or M.Com or M.A. based on your interest. As you have scored 42 percentile, you may not be able to get admission in reputed institutes. It is completely based on your interest.
Passing class 12th or High School is Mandatory these days, no matter whatever course you join. So, I will suggest you to repeat this year. And, after passing class 12th if you don't have interest is accounts, then you can pursue course like BBA or BCA. You can also go for fashion designing, if you have the creativity.
You just need to have a big business background to become an entrepreneur. The best choice is to go with some Degree + MBA.
