From now, you should prepare for JEE Mains.So that you will be eligible for good colleges like as IIT, NIT, etc., then your future will be safe. Otherwise, you have another option like private college but it will not be a better choice.

First of all, if you want to go IT/CS stream, then need to clear your doubts with 2 basic fundamentals. In IT, its all about Software, in CS it all about Sofwtare + Hardware + OS core. In my opinion NITs are much better than DTU because NITs provide good quality of CSE faculties. They also provide good computer labs. NITs course curriculum is also good.

You need to apply for a single window counseling program under Anna University called TNEA. If you belong to TN or if you are a TN native student, then you can apply under regular admission. Otherwise, if you are an other state student, then you need to apply under other state admissions. The admission is based on your board exam scores.

JEE Mains rank predictor is an online tool which predicts the candidate's rank range and probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Mains and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs, and other SFTIs. If you are not able to make it through your exam rank, then you must try for management quota seat but management quota admission and fee cost is not advertised openly by any of the colleges/universities across India as being a paid seat it totally depends on the discretion of the college authorities.
