This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in law area then LL.B is better, However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.

1. CS, CMA (CWA) and C A - All 3 are almost highest and separate accreditations in their respective fields.
2. However, comparison is a common practice.
3. In general, CS is relatively theory, law based and CWA is more calculative based select upon your level of interests.

Tally is an accounting package which you may use for your day to to accounting and final accounts whereas SAP comes with bigger roles and application for overall enterprise level tool. SAP has multiple module with a combination of BPM and flows of different area of business.
Comparing SAP with Tally is bit unfair in order to scope and function.
