In Karnataka, government colleges usually offer subsidized tuition for KCET quota seats. Fees for computer Science vary depending on the college and its price schedule, but can be anywhere from INR 50,000 to INR 1,00,000 annually. I would recommend to go with Canada, because US and UK both are very expensive countries to do Bachelors. Your budget should be around INR 50 Lacs- 1Cr for a very good college in US and INR 40L-70L for UK.
