For Delhi NCR you should try for Vajiram & Ravi. Teachers there are very good. In fact best guidance can be obtained from there. Practice material and notes are of high quality. And also they are the ones who have consistently produced effective results.

The preparation takes around 3 to 5 months and the scores are valid for two years. Once expired you must take it again. So, you can schedule it accordingly. You may start preparing now, slowly and gradually. Good luck.
