If she is looking for Electrical and Electronics Engineering, she may get admission through CET allotment. If she is looking for other branches of engineering, she can avail the seats through management quota since her ranking in CET is not in the range of previous year's ranking. Dear Prince,
This college doesn't come even under the list of top 20 colleges of India. Getting admission there is not recommended at all. Getting admission in any 'ranked & prestigious' university is advisable.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.

CSE is main hot cake branch in SASTRA. If you want to get CSE seat minimum requirements are stream 1: 975 above with JEE rank of 35,000 stream 2: 985 above ipe marks. So based on the criteria of previous counseling you have very less chances of getting CSE. If you have applied for sastra admission if your rank is below 700 you will get CSE. And you have 2 other choices to get into CSE in sastra. Case 1: you can join sastra with any branch, for all the other branch students also having same subject in first year. For general category in any NIT, and for top NITs needs 3 digit rank atleast. Below 5000, it is hard to get CSE in any NIT (lower also), but can get after few rounds of JoSAA counselling.

With the 32 percentile, there is no possibility to get into government colleges, as the cut-off for government colleges is very high for B.Tech. For government colleges, the cut-off generally starts with the 90+ percentile in JEE. The starting rank for admission to government engineering colleges is between 1000-10,000 depending on the reputation of the college.

Even with SC/ST/OBC quota the possibility is less. So, you may try to get admission to private colleges.

I hope it will help.
