In general, many engineering and medical colleges in India consider the scores obtained in national entrance exams like JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) for admission to their programs. However, some institutions also have management quota or direct admission options for students who did not appear for the entrance exams.
With a 70% score in CBSE board exams, you may still be eligible for admission to certain programs at Medicaps University. However, it's best to reach out to the university's admissions office to inquire about their specific admission criteria, available programs, and the possibility of admission without JEE scores.View more

An Aspiring Writer & Podcast Host,

See anyhow in India, IITs had been witnessing awesome placements since good long years but that doesn't mean anything if you don't work harder in your UG level with multidisciplinary approach. Having good academic records is not enough but internship, other skills & innovativeness is of utmost importance. So are your soft skills. After being sound in all these, I'll suggest you to join in an institution of good industrial exposure & better graduation environment campus. So, all these are personalised issues that need some research & homework from your side too.

B.Tech Student @ PESU,

If you take admission through PESSAT, there are 2 categories:
A with a fee of Rs. 90000 per year and category B with a fee of Rs. 300000 per year (from 2017). If you take admission through CET (only for Karnataka students) then the fee is Rs. 90000 per year. If you qualify none of the above then there is a management quota fee for which is Rs. 6 lakh per year for the CS branch and lower for other branches. Please remember that these are only the tuition fee. Hostel fee is separate.
You need not qualify JEE Mains for admission in this college. If you are from outside Karnataka, the college conducts its own exam (PESSAT) which you ne... View more

Having an Andhra Pradesh EAMCET rank of 28,663, obtaining a seat in the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) branch in premier engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh can prove difficult since CSE is a sought-after discipline with greater cutoff ranks. But you stand a good chance of getting admission into middle-rung or private engineering colleges where the CSE cutoff ranks are comparatively greater.

Hello Manideep,
The easier course depends on your Interest. Both these courses have their own difficulties as well as easier parts.
And to compare these two branches is difficult as computer science and electrical are not related.
Generally, CSE is considered easier than EEE as it involves a lot of math and concepts in physics.
In case of CSE, you need to work a lot towards the development and innovation of what you have learnt so that you could outperform the others to stand out.
So, in all, it depends on your interest and efforts that you could put in studying only.
Make a wise choice.
All the best!

Yes, engineering is a good career option.
If you want to do engineering then do it in a good college otherwise don't do it. Do engineering for knowledge not for degree. If you have knowledge you can automatically gain degree.
