CFA and CA are the best options available. CA can be done after 12th by preparing for CA entrance exam CPT. CFA requires work ex and graduation degree in any field.

See as of now I would suggest you to focus on graduation only, and most of the good and valuable short term courses needs graduation as eligibility criteria so it is advisable to focus on it at the moment and try to score good.

You have many option in commerce after 12th like basic are B.Com + M.Com
or B.Com + MBA
After that, you can do CA CS or CMA also.
BBA BBM BCA BCM are also options open for you
B.Com LL.B is also one of the good option for you.

No, most colleges will not allow you to join back after a gap in education. Although you can check with the concerned authorities of the college if they can allow you for the same. Else, you will have to start from scratch. It is up to you whether you wish to apply for a regular course or correspondence.

Major Universities take admissions on merit basis for B.Com (Hons). But, gradually the scenario is changing. Delhi University has started conducting entrance exams as well starting this year. Your merit, I. e, your class 12th marks plus your rank in the entrance exam will both be considered in DU.

See, both are very good provided you excel in the field. In CA you have to study a lot in order to become a CA then comes either a job or practice. So CA is the field in which you have to work very hard and devote a lot efforts and hours. While on the other hand, Bank PO is relatively easy. One can study and secure a decent rank and can earn a decent amount in no time. But Bank PO proves beneficial if you secure a good rank. So seeing in terms of efforts Bank PO is best and has a lot many jobs in a short period of time.
