No, this is a nit college and admissions are done on the basis of JEE Mains rank . You have to qualify JEE Mains to get admission. Class 12th marks are only for eligibility not for admission chances in NIT.

Since you are from the arts background, doing a computer science course does not seem feasible. Also, if you did not have maths in your 12th, you won't be able to pursue any business related programs.
