You can choose to give JEE Mains exam or else for private colleges their own entrance exam and score good to get a seat in CSE.

You need to have at least 65 percent in your boards. If you do not have that, then you are not eligible for most colleges. Try for lateral entry if possible.

Yes, you can get admission in BIT Sindri in computer Science engineering with this rank in JEE Mains. At the same time, I will suggest you to apply for information technology also. It might happen, that the cut offs for CSE may increase in first round. So it will be safer for you. Best of luck.
