Any student is ineligible to change their course from B.Com to any other course directly after first year of college. Having completed your first year in B.Com you can only pursue the second year of B.Com in your college or in a different college, through lateral entry facilities. But if you in beginning of first year, you can pass a Statement in the admission section for more details.
