Service based companies for freshers offers package ranging from INR. 3 to INR. 4.5 lac per annum for tier 3 colleges and 10 lac + for tier 1 and 2 colleges. Product based companies offer package ranging from 5 to 10 lac per annum. As you gain experience you salary will increase it will take 3 to 5 year to reach 6 figure salary in service based companies.
