Dear Harsh,
NIOS is established by Govt. of India and it is recognized all over India as equivalent to any state board. It is recognised for govt. jobs and higher education, you will have no problem and hence you are eligible to appear for Hotel management or B.com provided you fulfill the criteria set by Hotel Management institutes or B.Com offering institutes.
