Yes, you can get the admission in MSVR college for B.E. CSE college and the college fee for ECE students in MVSR college is RS 95,000/ per year. If you want to get into the college through management quota you have to pay a donation to the college. The donation may depend on the demand. We cannot predict the amount. It's very good to pursue CSE from SSCET-Bhilai because it is one of the most reputed colleges of Chhattisgarh and the faculties there are really very good. Also, the placement is also good. From my opinion, it's a really good college for CSE.

You can't change college if you are thinking about abroad. The best option is to first complete your engineering degree with good marks & then going for MS from Germany. It will be better.

Can not say anything but this time competition will be more tough as compared to previous years because there are 4 JEE Mains attempt this time and normalisation will be more complicated and it will be surely can't be understood by anyone. So if you specify your category then it will be better. I think if your are general then you will be unable to get CSE among top nits. Hope for best. Best of luck for future attempts.
