First of all, you should not take it as guaranteed that if you are in IIT, then you will get more than 1 crore package because every year different companies come with different packages and they take your test and on that basis that you will get the salary.

I think you have asked for fee structure in APC ROY POLYTECHNIC. As you might be aware that it is an Tier-1 Govt. Polytechnic college in Kolkata offering Diploma Engineering in 6 different disciplines.
As far my experience, Admission fees is roughly around (850 to 1000) per year and 250 is taken per semester.
If you are from TFW quota, then you might recieve discounts on admission fee and semester fees as well.
So that is it basically. If you face any queries feel free to ask

In your 6 semesters you must have learnt C, C+, Java, this, Algorithms which are compulsory subjects in course curriculum. If you want to learn another programming language go for python. Even if you don't Keane a new programming language it's not an issue just learn one language with advance proficiency. This and Algo should be in the core of your heart. Learn some industrial frameworks. Which are necessary for working in a real life project. Learn Java efficiently it is still the language which is in demand. Java won't die easily.
