CSE is preferred more than IT be it in admissions or placements. Though there is not much difference between the two.
IIT Delhi is the best college for the same in Delhi .

Brother, to get admission in Manipal University, first you will have to give an online entrance exam conducted by them. Go to their's web portal and fill your required branch and give that entrance exam. They will select you if you will get qualifying marks.

Engineering holds a good future. All depends on how you gain the knowledge. If you just keep confined to the theoretical aspect for the sake of marks, it won't turn out to be fruitful. You need to understand how the theoretical aspects apply in the practical world.
To choose between civil or computer science depends solely on your interest. If you're interested in physics and mathematics, civil engineering is a good option. But, if you love computer programming, then you should go for computer science engineering. Both the options have immense opportunities.

KJ College of Enginnering is a good college to pursue engineering. It has a good placement record as well as average overall rankings. You can proceed with the admission in the college. However there are even better options available which you should go for.
