Hi Dear,
For getting better a score in NEET say 450+, you need to be very thorough with the NCERTs of Standard 11th and 12th. Also you need to improve your MCQ solving skill and solve as many as MCQs as you can. This will surely boost your confidence.

You just need to understand the basic subjects and should know the basics like logical, reasoning, english and general knowledge and you will be able to qualify for CUCET.</p>

Preparing for NEET with simultaneous college study is really difficult. You will not be able to excel in anything, because the schedule gets disturbed. As you have just passed out, its no big deal to drop a year. I would recommend you to join a good coaching institute and prepare for NEET. Distract yourself from everything and forget everything for 1 year. Give your 100% and you'll score well.
