You may not get admission with an 88.78 percentile MHT CET in the DY Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi, unless you have some category-based exemption. Because the college's Computer Engineering branch is one of the most in-demand, the cutoff for most of the category is usually above the 90 percentile. In 2021 round two, the GOPEN cut-off was 95.29 percentile, and for other categories like LOPENO, EWS, and OBCH, etc. , the cut-off was higher than 92 percentile. Yes, there is a Diploma in computer Science and engineering offered at Integral University Lucknow.
After 10th grade, the course lasts for three years (full-time).

It will be good if you complete your HS because it is the basic foundation. While Diploma is not a pure science, and in the future, there will be more difficult to seek a good college via LEET. It will be better if you consult some diploma students and HS students and see the difference.

You can proceed with CSE in B.Tech but you need to study from Basic and need to work day and night for few months as it will be a new subject to you.

CSE will definitely give you high placement but it needs hard work and good study. In case of mechanical, you have to study less as compared to CSE, but in both the branches, you have to study more.

Civil Engineering is very old branch and gas still retained it's charm. CSE is the modern branch and presently in good demand. As far as placement is concerned,bi feel both have equal opportunities.

Sorry, this rank is too low to take admission in CSE branch in Vellore institute. If you want to get admission in VIT, Vellore for CSE then you will require a rank up to 8,700 and if you want to go for IT branch then a rank up to 10,000 is a must.

Google is a nice company to aim for but don't restrict yourself to google only as there are lot of other good IT companies. Be technically strong and focus on your logical application.

B.Tech CSE/ IT/ECE are defacto theentry level standard educational qualifications in Indian IT industry both in Apps Development and IT Infrastructure Operations Management. You may not get developer job after Diploma in Computer Engineering. You will get lower end technician jobs after Diploma. If you do Sys Admin or Networking Certifications along with Diploma you may able to get jobs in IT companies which have Remote Infrastructure Management line of business.
