Ofcourse, it would be a good choice to join a regular college even if you are pursuing CA. I am also regular college student and CA student also. But you have to work hard for the studies because sometimes you do not get time for your CA. But the college exposure is also needed in life. So I think you must go for it. All the best.

10+2 (any stream) from a recognized board of education.
Commerce stream/ Maths subject is however preferable.
No entrance test. Admissions are strictly on merit basis.
