It depends on where are you comfortable. If you belong to south, you can choose either of the cities. But, if you belong to north, I recommend you to choose Bangalore because of food, culture, climate, etc. Lot of good engineering college are there in both places.

In today's time, almost every student wants to pursue B.Tech CSE from best college whether it is a government college or university or private college or university, almost every top private college whose annual fees is around 1.5lakh gives same the highest package around 40lakh and average package around 5-6lakh

You may not get admission with an 88.78 percentile MHT CET in the DY Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi, unless you have some category-based exemption. Because the college's Computer Engineering branch is one of the most in-demand, the cutoff for most of the category is usually above the 90 percentile. In 2021 round two, the GOPEN cut-off was 95.29 percentile, and for other categories like LOPENO, EWS, and OBCH, etc. , the cut-off was higher than 92 percentile. Yes, there is a Diploma in computer Science and engineering offered at Integral University Lucknow.
After 10th grade, the course lasts for three years (full-time).
