As you are engineering graduate in CS, you can look for job and try for higher education again. If you not interested in job now, you can go Post graduate diploma courses. You can evaluate PG diploma of CDAC to strengthen you CS skills.

Electrical engineering is a branch of engineering which deals with motor and machines i.e. electrical machines like transformers, generators, etc. it’s a core branch in which you study about the motor, power generation, transmission, erection, etc.
While mechanical engineering deals with thermal engineering in which you learn about refrigeration, gear system, machine design, the strength of materials, the theory of machines, fluid mechanics, etc.
While computer Science deals with software and computer languages like C, C+, JAVA, Cobol, oops in which you will learn about programming, coding, etc.

I think you are asking for IIT cutoff it's same for international students also. No NRI quota in IITs
Candidates need to acquire at least 250 or higher and a score of 85-95 percentile in JEE Main for getting into IITs through the exam. Candidates need to score 280-300+ in JEE Advanced to get CSE in IIT colleges.

Dear Ramakrishna,
Yes, it's a good choice to do Diploma engineering but I would suggest you to choose either mechanical or electrical engineering but if you want to study further then you can take computer science engineering. But if you want to go in govt. sector after Diploma, you can choose electrical and mechanical engineering.

You are very much eligible to pursue Diploma in CSE after 10th board, through JEE for Diploma in engineering. That can also be done after +2. I think, it is better to do +2 in science stream first. Then, you have more options to go with computer course. You can pursue Diploma in engineering in CSE or B.Sc in computer science or you can do BCA or B.Tech in CSE.
