Hi Abhishya,
If your budget for the entire four-year course is 30 Lacs, you will find very fewer options.
Check here if you can find options, you will also have an idea about the fee structure in general.

Try to get admission in IITs/NITs for B.Tech. As you studied PCM and computers and you have interest in aircraft you can look for aeronautical engineering (it is there in IIT-B and some NITs). After that a Masters degree is good to enhance your skills as aircraft needs quality skills.

Admission criteria for engineering colleges, including MBM Engineering College, can vary from year to year. The cutoff rank for admission depends on factors such as the number of available seats, the number of applicants, and the reservation policies of the institution.

The best course of action would be to refer to the official website of MBM Engineering College or contact their admission department directly to get the most accurate ... View more

Hello Shrinath,
I wouldn't say it is the best, but still you can prefer it. For computer science stream you should aim for either US or Canada. Even UK is good. You can prefer either Australia or New Zealand as the last option.
All the best!
