Out of three my choice will be Economics Hons and then pursue MBA finance from top B-school if you are keen to pursue CA CS or ICWA.

ICWA is better combination because it will be easier to study them both as accounts is the basic subject for both streams. As CS consists of too may Laws you might find difficult in studying commerce subject with CS laws. So go for ICWAI, even I'm doing ICWAI Inter with my final year B.Com. :')
