<p>Yes, the application form for the COER University, Roorkee BCA course can be filled out in offline mode. All the candidates who wish to apply offline can visit the university campus. The admission forms are available at the admission office. Students must fill out the form and attach scanned copies of the required documents. IT emphasis on Business Applications development. BTech IT help you to become Apps Developer. A System developer can easily do Apps programming without much of training but vice versa is not true. It is better to invest your time and money on a university which has reputation. You must try for LPU if you are eligible. You would however need to write LPU NEST !

Truly speaking, there is huge amount of scope in IT industry but in parallel, one thing you have to keep in mind that every year lakhs of engineering graduates are coming out from different colleges and they might be of different streams (other than IT ) but a pretty large numbers among them also coming to join IT industry. So, along with opportunities, competition is also high.
I will prefer to go for IT than CSE because there will be lots of vacancies in this field.

There are less chances of getting BMS College with ComedK rank of 8100 and the course fee for
B.Tech program is 1.8 lakhs-2 lakhs per annum.
