You can get computer science and engineering course in VIT University but not at the main campus of Vellore campus. You can get the Chennai campus for computer science and engineering.
If you pay more then you can get Vellore campus.

No you will not get IEM with 12000 rank in WBJEE for CSE. But you can get IEM for other branches. Best of luck for your future and if any query feel free to ask.

Chances for VIT Vellore are very less. While the chances for VIT Bhopal for Mechanical are high.

There are many private colleges. You can go for Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University, Galgotia University, LNCT BHOPAL, Techno India Kolkata, Haldia, Heritage, UEM Jaipur etc. In all these colleges, you can get computer Science engineering or information technology.
