Hello Arjun, congratulations for your achievement. I am assuming you to be of General category. I cannot assure you. There is a big competition for CS branch, there is 90% chance that you will get it.
All the very best.
You will not be able to get either CSE or Mechanical as both of these branches close fast. If you do have a home state quota, you might get admission into these branches in later rounds. I would recommend you look into IIIT Una as it has the same faculty and campus as NIT Hamirpur and is also a government institute. You can get admission into CSE or ECE engineering in IIIT Una with your rank.
For getting CSE branch at NITK, one should have more than 75 % marks in 12 and more than 95 percentile marks in JEE Mains.

In case you don't get CS branch then you can get a seat in the college it may be electronics. The syllabus for the first year student is same for all branches at the end of your first year. You can ask your college for the change of branch to CS. They will have some criteria regarding score of first year but that will be okay you can fo it.
Best of luck.
