There might be little chance to get CSE in LNMIIT but other than this, you can try for CCE which is also a good branch.

Hello,
Of course he is eligible, but it's uncertain if you'll get the asked for course. You can always select a course and then slide to the desired course after the end of the first year if you have a +9 GPA.

Amity University, Gwalior is a private university located in Madhya Pradesh. It is accredited Grade A by the NAAC. Amity Gwalior offers B.Tech course in total 9 specializations. The candidates who are willing to apply for this course must have scored at least 60% in Chemistry, Math, Physics, and English combined in 10+2.
The eligible candidates can apply for Amity JEE exam. The selection of the candidate would be done on the basis of the score obtained by the candidate. The will followed by a test on the day of the interview.

Yes, you can get admission in Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology for B.E in Computer Engineering college at this score and rank but for that you have to wait till the last round of the counselling.

Spot Counselling at YMCA their is different process than Haryana State Counselling. For this you have to fill the separate online or offline form for university counselling. On the day of counselling you have to physically present at YMCA and they will call students according to their rank and they will keep updated all the students seats available after particular slot on White boards and electronic Boards also for transparency. There is more chance of getting seat at this counselling.

I understand that you didn't get required score in JEE Mains so it's hard to get admission in a good government college with CSE but don't worry you can find a better option in a private college/university. In my opinion you should go for UTM, Shillong, where you can get better specialization in CSE. They have a domain focused course and a program designed to prepare professionals who cater to the needs of the industry with the right skills in the computer science engineering.
