If a university is listed as fake, then from a particular time the degrees provided by that university are also deemed fake, hence a UG degree holder cannot opt for PG courses. You need to check that the time from which the Gurukul University is deemed as fake falls during your studies or not.

If you are a student of regular B.Com then you cannot do any other regular degree course or Diploma as well. If you are doing B.Com correspondence then you can do any course along with B.Com with regular B.Com. You can go for some computer courses like finance and accounting courses which are short term courses.
B.Com, BBA, BBM all have good future. Almost all companies require students from these background.
