<p>Your CUET-UG score is 161 and getting admission in B.Tech CSE in CIT (Chandigarh or Coimbatore Institute of Technology) is impossible, as basically CSE cutoffs for general category must not fall below 145-160 (above ~190+ marks). However, admit card cut-offs will be lower for other less popular Engineering branches like ECE or it may also possible in later spot rounds of counselling in state quota or alternative category wise. <p>No, CSE at Chandigarh University is not very difficult to get even without a strong JEE rank. CU does not depend on JEE marks or ranks. Admission is mostly based on class 12 marks and the CUCET entrance exam. If anyone scores 90+ marks in CUCET, Chandigarh University gives them a 100% scholarship on tuition fees.&nbsp;</p>
