Yes, You can do business management after studying PCM. There is no eligibility bar for PCM students to take up a management course after class 12th standard. Basically, Mathematics is the key subject which is needed for this course.

Yes, there is maths in B.Com. Nothing is difficult if you study well. But, maths is not compulsory in B.Com (I guess). But I would suggest you to take maths as that would be beneficial for you.

E-commerce (or electric commerce) means the buying & selling of goods & or services via electronic channels, primarily the Internet. In recent years it has gained better prospectus. If you choose this career that means you are completing the course after three years, even then there will be good demand in India as well as abroad. Because of your commerce background with e-commerce, definitely there will be good scope.
Eligibility qualification for aircraft engineering degree is 10+2 with PCM (physics, chemistry and maths) from a recognized board of education. Therefore, as a commerce student, you are not eligible for aircraft engineering degree course.

You may pursue either of the following courses from IGNOU:
1. M.Com
2. MA Economics.
We are assuming that by 'without maths', you mean without prior knowledge of maths. You do not need prior maths knowledge to clear the CFA. You will be taught the required quantitative skills in the course. You can do self-study but we strongly recommend you join prep classes as this will save you all the confusion.
To become a CA after class 12th first, you have to take an entrance exam that is CPT and you have to clear it and go to the inter that is IPCC and that is approx after 1 year of CPT and you have to clear the first group of IPCC to become eligible for 3-year articleship and after that final.
It's approx 4.5 years process provided you clear every exam in the first attempt.
