Dear Aspirant, The requirement of CGPA for placement depends on the particular company visiting for the placement. As per my experience, most of the companies ask for a minimum of 6 CGPA to get eligible for placement. I would suggest you maintain a 7 CGPA minimum to get eligible for all companies. I will suggest you to go for BE than B.Sc because the rank of BE is very high compared to B.Sc and you get lot more opportunities in BE as well you will be placed in a good company with good salary.
