Through KCET, it is nearly 59000 but if you go through management seat, you will have to pay nearly 4 to 5 lakh, I think.

It is very nice to know your aim and desire to get into computer engineering of any of the NIT's. As per the reports in the year 2018, the minimum marks required for a student to be eligible for registering for admission from SC category was 50. Mind you this was the minimum marks which will make you eligible for registration not that it will get you any seat. Normally twice the number of students as compared with available seeds are selected are allowed to appear in counselling. Since, NITs are most preferred over any private colleges, so you must try for NITs first, because of the respectable degree. Considering CSE branch, Thapar University is also very good as you may get more facilities in Thapar as compared to comparing to MNIT.

You can do B.Tech or BCA.

Kalyani University is a government college. And, Heritage Institute of Technology is a private College. Placement scenario in heritage is about INR 3.3 lakhs per annum for CSE. I think, campus life in heritage is awesome. I think, you should choose heritage in CSE.
