As per my experience, LPU is the best engineering college in India. LPU becomes the best place to pursue an engineering degree with highly qualified teaching staff, best laboratories, and modern technologies. LPU provides abundant opportunities for students to think out of the box. CSE involves a course curriculum covering both hardware and software. So CSE revolves around the designing of a computer gadget that should be economically preferred and less space-oriented. Computer Science deals with the Science that facilitates these applications. On the other hand, IT is just the selection of the proper software or hardware for the task. LPU... View more

If you can work hard and clear your Mains/Advanced with a good rank then you can get some scholarships from government (If you are a reserved candidate then there's a good news if you get any NIT/ IIIT/ IIT any then you need not need to worry because your fee will be negligible) and if you don't clear Mains then the only option available for you is to go for educational loans. That's it!
Hope this helps.
All the best.
It is impossible. Only passed students in HSC can do Diploma in computer engineering. Firstly, you need to clear HSC after that you are eligible for the Diploma. Good luck.
