(a) Implementation of modern educational concepts & associated internationally renowned faculty from IITs & abroad.(b) global exposure by signing MOUs with many renowned technical universities/institutions of USA, UK, RUSSIA & Thailand etc.(c) Flexibilities for choosing additional courses over RTU, Kota, Faculty Members, Class, Class timing & peers groups... Hi Vishnu,
The placements at VIT are way much good compared to Parul University. The college and faculty are preparing all the students to get placed in all of the leading companies. VIT has also set a record for placing the most number of students in a single year. The placements are good, and the salary packages are nice. We know about the dream and super dream companies. Dream company means it offers more than 10 lacs per annum, and super dream company means it offers 30 lacs per annum. If you want to get a job in super dream company, then you have to maintain CGPA 9 in every semester.

An engineering student IIITian,

BVP is a very good college in Maharashtra. For CSE, it's good enough. I have heard about this college quite a lot though I don't have any friends or relatives studying there so I won't be able to tell you the reviews based on personal experience. But while I was applying for several colleges,I researched quite a lot and found BVP to be the one good in Maharashtra.
All the best.

Since You Haven mentioned your category I am assuming that you are a general. In general category one have to score 50 percentile l for qualifying the JEE Main. Examination. You can apply for any stream. To get CSE in Sastra University your rank must be under 500 in stream 1 or 2. Though the cut-off rank varies every year, still you should have a rank under 500 to definitely get CSE in Sastra University. According to your percentile, your rank in JEE Main. You should always prefer to start your career with a brand, i.e. TCS, Infosys, IBM, Samsung, etc. Starting with a brand always gives you the needed initial push, work in the same for at least 1-year, preferably 2-years and then switch to a small company because your learning with more in a small company plus they will give you a good package.

In my knowledge, the maximum package from on campus placement has been about INR 6.5 LPA. Although, people have gone for higher packages in the off campus placement. What eventually matters is the ability rather than the college. Their past recruiters include, TCS, Wipro, LAVA, L&T, Prisma and many more. Many of us almuni are working in leading IT companies including Microsoft India, Infosys.

In my honest opinion, out of the choices you've mentioned, IIIT Sri City is the best to go for and there are reasons to support this.
The first and foremost aspect that puts IIIT-S ahead of other colleges is research. The college believes in conducting research programmes that are developmental in nature and provide maximum contribution to the different fields of technology and human nature.
The second factor is the curriculum. We follow a curriculum that is modeled on the curriculum of IIIT-H.
